During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), please allow for slight delays — though we always do our best to ship your items as swiftly as possible.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once your package has left our facility.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. But don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking details for every package and only pay shipping once.

🚨 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We do our very best to ensure safe delivery, but sometimes shipping carriers face challenges outside of our control. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us at violagrace72@gmail.com. We’ll work closely with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
